Nicely cross-shore and manageable waves to start with on 5m. But then the wind picked up, turned a bit more onshore, the waves got a bit gnarlier and the rip started - so it became a lot harder work. I switched to my 4m which was better though at times I could probably have used my 3.5m. A great first session of the year and a good workout :)
